The aim of the research is to identify knowledge factors effective in designing and absorbing technology in knowledge-based centers and manufacturing industries, and to survey the effect of knowledge management on each factor, and successful technology transfer. The research method is descriptive of correlation type. In this research, using a simple stochastic method ,151 active people in technology transfer were selected from among scientific and research groups and 277 were selected from among large manufacturing industries. The data for the research were collected through questionnaires. Confirmed construct and factorial analysis were used to determine the validity, and for reliability, Chronbach alpha was employed. In order to study the relationship between research variables and to study hypotheses, the modeling of structural equations has been used with the help of SPSS and AMOS software.Findings indicate that there is a , significant, and positive relationship between knowledge management and technology effectiveness transfer. The only difference is that, knowledge management impacts directly on technology effectiveness transfer only in knowledge-based centers. Likewise, knowledge management indirect impact on successful technology transfer only through knowledge capability whose impact is on knowledge-based centers (35%)and on manufacturing industries(77%) . The purpose of this paper is investigating the impact of content marketing on the effectiveness of the new product development process of high-tech companies with regard to the e-trust as a mediator between content and effectiveness. For this study, data were collected through a questionnaire. 430 questionnaires were distributed among professionals and managers working in R&D, marketing, sales and strategic departments of firms affiliated with ICT Guild Organization in September 2017. Of this number, 384 complete questionnaires were included in the study. Data were analyzed using structural equation method by Smart PLS software. Findings show that although content marketing and e-trust influenced the effectiveness of the product development process, e-trust did not play a mediating role in the relationship between content marketing and effectiveness of product development process in high-tech companies. This study investigates the content marketing role in Product Development Process in high-tech companies and tests the model in the context of the Tehran IT industries. The result of this study provides a reference for managers of high-tech companies and helps them lower the failure rate of product development. Manuscript profile

Business intelligence (BI) systems provide the ability to analyze business information in order to support and improve management decision making across a broad range of business activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of organizational strategy, structure, process, culture, information content quality and information access quality on organizational effectiveness and the possible mediating role of business intelligence (BI) systems among them. For sampling, simple random - sampling method is used. Sample data for this study were collected from E-Farad organization in Tehran and analyzed using the partial least squares method, a statistical analysis technique based on the structural equation modeling. Stability of the questionnaires used in the present study was calculated higher than 0.7 in term of Cronbachalpha, confirming the reliability. The results revealed that organizational factors, such as organizational strategy, structure, culture, and information content quality positively affect both BI systems’ effectiveness and organizational effectiveness. Also, the results showed that there is not a positive and significant effect between variables of process and information access quality on the effectiveness of the organization. Manuscript profile

Policymakers devise a variety of policy tools to achieve their goals that successful implementation of these tools requires an analysis of their results and effects. In this regard, various methods are used to examine the effectiveness of government interventions and their value and merit are determined from different dimensions on the stakeholders. The present study is conducted with the aim of qualitative composition the results of previouse studies in the field of evaluating the effectiveness of financial and tax incentive tools provided by governments in support of small and medium-sized or innovative businesses in order to stimulate research and development. For this purpose, 279 articles and reports from official and valid databases are identified, based on the Meta-synthesis methodology and after the completion of the necessary steps, 66 documents are finalized. By analyzing and qualitative combining the results of policy evaluation studies, 15 effective indicators on firms performance are identified. These indicators are embedded in the research map in to 3 groups inputs, output and behaviural additionality. finally, through Shannon entropy method, the coefficient of effect the identified components in the map are determined. Research and development expenditure index from input additionality category and innovation index from the output additionality category respectivly have most important and influential in firms.
